“Music and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul” -- Plato

The Wesley Foundation International Choir is a student community centered on a shared love of music. We meet weekly to celebrate God's gift of music and to share it with others. This choir explores musical styles from around the world - from Korean folk song "Arirang Arariyo" to popular Indian "Bailelakka" to Kenyan praise song "Chakutumaini Sina" to American classic "Lean on Me" - and also explores how music is used in Christian worship globally. Each semester we perform at churches in Oklahoma and cultural events at Oklahoma State University (most recently at African Night and Diwali Night).

The Wesley Foundation International Choir is open to any student or spouse interested in music, regardless of religious tradition or musical background. Students interested in singing, playing an instrument, or visiting to teach a song are all welcome!

The choir is led by Janina, Coordinator of International Student Ministries; however, students are actively encouraged to take leadership roles in various ways.
